The holidays are a good time to come together with or remember family. It's also statistically one of the most stressful seasons of the year. I've experienced both sides of the spectrum, so I wanted to offer you an early gift.

I make music as a form of therapy and community and with the ultimate purpose of using what talents God gave me to help others. I hope that if you take a listen to this beat it will help you to "rest well" in any season of your life.
